Ruby Gloom- Frank and Len Wallpaper

It's Frank and Len from the Canadian TV show, Ruby Gloom (now cancelled).

Frank and Len are the conjoined twin brothers who enjoy playing music. They both share a goth and punk style theme. Frank (the blue one) is the smartest of the two. I recall him getting quite annoyed by Len's (the green one) lack of intellegence.

Both of them are really positive, but because Frank is the more mature and smarter one, I always find him to be a grump.
